We ACTUALLY never offered the football job to Muschamp either, but there was definitely feelers put out to him by the search firm. Same with Brian Kelley the year before. We didn't actually offer him so there is no evidence of it, but he was contacted by the search firm.

Memphis was definitely interested in Pearl regardless of what YOU say

The reason might be getting his team to focus on FSU.

The media has linked him to every major job opening. It is doubtful that he is entertaining offers with a trip to the Elite 8 on the line. Maybe his agent is if he has one.

Sure the commercial appeal has tons. Since he didnt accept the job one can argue it was pure speculation. But the argument wasnt offered, even though it was reported he was offered a 7 yr 21 million contract, it was purely contacted which your buddy emain steadfastly denied.

So you work for the search firm that Memphis hired? Or are you just putting stuff out there of which you have no proof.

This. Whether we have contacted him or not the meadia is going to speculate. And whether he is interested or not he is gonna say this to quiet the talk and hope his team stays focused.

And for the record, the guy makes $350k a year. I guarantee you he is at least slightly interested in any job that can quadruple that.

No, I have a good friend that works in the Memphis AD.

Look, there is no way you are going to be objective about anything concerning Pearl. Don't pretend you can be. He isn't here anymore and we need to move on
