No, I get singled out because I was for Bruce Pearl being fired from the beginning. The go-to then is, "well, you just agree with Hat on everything." I haven't agreed with him on numerous things, but it's brought up because I'm not a Pearl fan. Anyway, I'm sorry you feel that way because I actually think you're a good poster that adds insight to most of the threads you participate in.

I have noticed this today, and think it is time for both sides to move past the Pearl situation. We can discuss UT Men's Basketball without talking about Pearl.

You're normally a good poster, and I'm sorry if I'm giving you too much of a hard time. But the complete polarization on the basketball board recently re: Pearl has gotten in the way of any meaningful discussion. It's become a deterrent to me even logging on.

I can definitely see your point of view. I tend to fall into the trap of bringing up Pearl when I see the numerous, "we'll be putting the curtains back up in TBA now that Bruce is gone" posts. But, it absolutely does take away from any real discussion.
