So proud of my home state

I’d say more than 99% of live shows, drag or whatever you can find reviews online so there isn’t really an excuse for not knowing what you’re going to see. Not to mention, if you’re planning on taking your kids to a drag show without checking the reviews for appropriateness you’re an idiot that wouldn’t pay attention to the rating anyway.
A lot of people shouldn't be allowed to have children

Maybe so, but who is the arbiter?

That’s a damn good question and I don’t have an answer for you. Best solution would be for people to know they’re not ready for kids and take the proper precautions.

I’ve always thought every teenage boy needs to spend a day in family court, it would be an effective birth control.

I think a great idea would be to take a 15 year old boy, let him work 8 hours for 100 cash even, Take 25 dollars for taxes which is a huge lesson. Then take 18 for child support and leave him with 57 dollars for about 7 an hour. Kill two lessons with one stone.

I see what some of my guys pay in child support and I’d say after the $25 in taxes take the next $50 for support.

I think an IQ test would be a good start. IQ test should be mandatory for a driver's license too.

I only have one child and her mother is makes more than I do. I can’t imagine.

I’ve been to family court with employees and friends, it should scare the **** out of any boy. If I’d have had to listen to some of that as a teen I‘d been to scared to have sex.

My brother in law gets taken back to court anytime there is a whiff of him making more money 😂.. one judge got sick of it and called her out on it because she took him back annually there for awhile.. and you know that most of that money doesn’t go toward the kid.. seeing it firsthand is a good incentive into putting the work into your own relationship

You equate showing adults scantly clad to minors with Sunday school? That has to be the weakest argument you have ever made.
He is obviously not a parent lol.. once I became a momma, it changed everything I ever thought about the world lol.. you will do whatever is in your power to keep them protected and a kid for as long as you can.. Coco the Hoho in drag does not help with this lol

The "we are just looking out for children" narrative is subterfuge. The Republican objective is to legislate against lifestyles which they find unseemly. Basically, they don't want any more free gay pride public concerts in Nashville. That can't be done at the expense of the 1st Amendment, however.

I think it’s likely, as the courts have done in the past, this part of the bill/law is struck down under the 1A, leaving the rest of the law in tact.

If the dudes that want to dress up as women and dance for minors, why can’t they rent a private venue. Why the need to use a tax payer funded space.

Because this is America.
It’s the United States. A group of states that can govern themselves and regulate activities that they see fit. Like dudes dressing up as women and dancing for minor children. And any other grooming activities that is inappropriate.

Agreed except that the states cannot violate the bill of rights.
