Regulating the grooming of minor children is not violating the Bill of Rights.if that were the case then movie ratings are violating the Bill of Rights. I should have sued Blockbuster before they went bankrupt.
Remember when libertarians always prefaced arguments with “anything between consenting ADULTS should be legal”? Funny how that definition now has expanded to include minors, no?If the dudes that want to dress up as women and dance for minors, why can’t they rent a private venue. Why the need to use a tax payer funded space.
Lewd behavior is wrong. Especially in public areas.Movie ratings are not law, it's a completely voluntary system. We already have laws on the books that are supposed to cover child endangerment and public indecency, we didn't need another. We especially didn't need another law that's not going withstand a court challenge.
Please elaborate. Minors are not adults.
It’s the United States. A group of states that can govern themselves and regulate activities that they see fit. Like dudes dressing up as women and dancing for minor children. And any other grooming activities that is inappropriate.
