This is why nobody can talk to you , your head is too far up your liberal butt to have a rational conversation . We’ve had a hard left swing and a hard right swing back , if you can’t see that the next smart step is trying to find someone close to the center then you can’t be reasoned with . Keep on pulling hard left and see what happens when that runs it’s course .

Your perspective is warped. We've had no hard left swing. We were just talking a couple of days ago about JFK in 1963 proposing to reduce the top income tax bracket from 91% to 65%, and now if someone proposes raising the top bracket (only for annual income over $10 million) from 37% to 70% they are called a socialist/communist. That's a hard left swing? lol....
And you propose that the left put up a centrist but don't demand that same thing from the right? ....priceless.
If you don't see that Trump is and has been poison and that the right needs to rebuke him and find someone close to center then you can't be reasoned with. Keep on supporting Trump and see what happens in 2020 when that run's its course.

There is no contradiction. He will not run again but it will not be because he was rebuked by the 35%ers......even though that would be the much better play by the right.

Your perception is warped if you don’t think the great community organizer and his elitist one world order is not a hard pull to the socialized left . Your party mossed the mark when you thought most Americans wanted to become like Europe again and you saw what Trump did with that little Snafu . The harder you pull us toward socialism and the left , the greater that rubber band is going to snap back . You have a problem taking lessons from history even when it was as recent as two years ago and we all know what happens we you ignore history .

I think the Rs are just a little less screwed up than the Ds at the moment. There has been some pretty substantial rebellion within the R party over the last couple of years with some of the deadwood at the top being pushed out. The Rs are moving more to the actual center while the Dems are swinging further left.

What did I say first ? The smart play is to elect someone as close to center as possible to stop this snapping effect . It’s not a hard problem to fix .
