Like I said, your perspective is warped. Most Americans voted for Gore in 2000, Obama in 2008, Obama in 2012, and Clinton in 2016. Be cautious when using that "most Americans" phrase. The snap back from the Trump fiasco is what will be interesting to behold. You guys are missing your waning opportunities to rebuke him and maintain a shred of dignity.

They tell completely different stories and indicate different potentials. Time is a continuum. A snapshot doesn't capture the past or the future but it can provide clues to both.
