Bad call

Absolutely stupid and incorrect call regarding what I consider to be an even stupider rule; that was ball four and UConn got screwed. Further, why should the batter even have to make an effort to avoid being hit by a pitch? I'm not in favor of leaning into a pitch, but it should be the pitcher's fault if you remain still and he hits you in the box.
