He pretty much showed the world his thoughts and ideological leanings via public social media platforms. Add in they’ve already said it was intentional and by the very definition of the word you’ve got home grown domestic terrorism, unless the government has changed that definition as well to suit their own purposes.

Since he wasn't fleeing a crime and didn't make spur of the moment bad decision, is it accepted the motive was revolutionary black nationalism (aka racism) or is everyone still figuring it out?

When you intentionally run your vehicle over your baby’s momma leaving tire tracks on her pants and causing her to be hospitalized you’ve pretty much shown a complete and total disregard for any human life. It’s kinda difficult to ignore that aspect of his personality or think it didn’t play any part in this tragedy.

I think it is reasonable to assume that racism was his motive. "F*** the world" might fit too, but even then, the "world" he would likely be referring to, in the parlance of the black nationalists, is a construction of "white hegemony". Either way, I think his hatred of white people probably played a big role in it.
