Systemic racism is about as true on campus as systemic racism in society.
What laws are there that only applies to blacks but not whats. For systemic racism to be accurate, there needs to be laws or regulations that would penalize blacks.
There are the hate crime statutes - that's pretty systemic, but not in a way that helps the BLM agenda. Same with affirmative action. The civil rights legislation of the 60s was also pretty systemic - again no help to the BLM agenda, but you'd think it never happened. I'm guessing a good helping of "reparations" to people who never actually suffered and cops who only deal with white people would end all this uproar - so the black on black violence could continue in peace.
I saw a news piece a couple of weeks ago. A Chattanooga mother was railing about how the cops never found the guy who shot her son and brought him to justice. Seems she, somebody standing next to the son when he was shot, and apparently everybody else in the community know exactly who killed him, but they refuse to tell the cops.
