I purchased the book at the beginning of summer, heard them talking about it on mike and mike one morning, and it true fashion started reading it and never finished. I would like to see the movie, i want to finish the book first.

Just from watching the previews (I know, probably not the best way to judge) Sandra Bullock appears to deliver a horrible performance. How is she?

I haven't read the book yet but saw the movie yesterday. It was actually a lot better than expected. Don't know how accurate it was for the real story but I got a feeling that it is more geared towards entertainment and not education. Well designed tear jerker.

I'm sure they altered some things. It makes for a better movie.

I knew a lot of the same people as he did that went to his high school and those of them that have read the book tell me if not a complete fabrication, it is filled with half-truths. The teachers often helped him by cheating on tests and he is completely glorified in this movie. Personally, I think that alone makes this movie a complete waste and I won't be sending my money to someone spreading a lie.

That's kind of what I was thinking. The commercials say it is the best performance of her career. Her body of work thus far is about as respectable as the guy that played Screech.

just saw it. pretty good. lots of good recruiting benefits for us with lots of Tennessee and Coach O action.

Seemed alot like Notorious to me. you go to see the story about the man u get stuck with one about the mother.

Still your on volnation go see it
