Trump clearly does identify documents as being classified information, while also acknowledging that he can't declassify them now that he is no longer the President.

The most likely explanation for why the Iran document wasn't included in the indictment, is that Trump realized later on that this could be problematic for him since he was describing classified material in a recorded interview which could later be subpoenaed ... and so he destroyed those documents that he had described. It's very reckless and foolish conduct.

It’s my understanding that there are multiple audio recordings of Trump discussing classified information. He went off on several unhinged social posts the day his attorneys received the evidence against him. Seemed maybe he got a little nervous about what they had and lashed out.

the point I was making is that the government broke the law by leaking the audio to the press (not sure who else could have leaked it) presumably to help their case against him.

such leaking is clearly problematic if you believe in a fair justice system.

Given this was leaked, previously Trump's tax returns were also leaked, and we have never seen Biden's business tax returns, do you believe those should be leaked?

100%. The guy is for sure guilty and deserves everything coming his way. But it’s difficult to see this in isolation.
