JUST IN: New witness could blow up entire Fani Willis case as new court filing claims Willis told Nathan Wade's lawyer to stay quiet about their affair.

I don't think people realize how corrupt this woman is.

Cobb County prosecutor Cindi Lee Yeager overheard a call where Willis warned Terrence Bradley to stay quiet about the affair.

"They are coming after us. You don’t need to talk to them about anything about us," Willis allegedly said.

The filing says Yeager is willing to swear under oath that Bradley told her in person that Willis' affair began in 2019, something he claimed he had no knowledge of last week.

Bradley also previously said in a text message that the pair was "absolutely" dating before Wade was hired.

When presented the message on the stand, Bradley said "oh dang."

Throw them all in prison.

Fani Willis Warned Nathan Wade's Divorce Lawyer To Stay Quiet About Their Affair, bombshell new court filing claims: Trump prosecutor case gets another twist with NEW Witness that could deliver devastating testimony

A new witness brought forth by a Donald Trump codefendant in Georgia claims to have overheard Fulton County DA Fani Willis speaking to the former law partner of her former lover and gave what is being described as a warning not to talk about what he knows.

Witness Terrence Bradley was a critical witness and key figure during court arguments Friday about whether Willis and former boyfriend and special prosecutor Nathan Wade should be disqualified from prosecuting Trump and 18 codefendants.

He repeatedly testified that he couldn't recall information when questions about texts with another attorney about when the relationship between Willis and Wade began.

Now a lawyer for defendant David J. Shafer says in a new filing that Cindi Lee Yeager, a prosecutor from Cobb County, Georgia, had 'numerous, in-person and other conversations' with Bradley in which they discussed information about Willis and Wade.

Georgia DA Fani Willis Georgia Election RICO Case Takes Another Turn With Request for Testimony

Defendant David Shafer filed a Notice of Proposed Testimony to the Court regarding the various motions to dismiss or to disqualify the District Attorney for Fulton County Fani T. Willis based on new evidence.

Mr. Shafer would offer the testimony of attorney Cindi Lee Yeager, a Co-Chief Deputy District Attorney for the Cobb County, Georgia, District Attorney’s Office.

Following is a summary of the proposed testimony which was provided by Ms. Yeager to counsel for Mr. Shafer and Mr. Cheeley:

🔹In or around September of 2023, Mr. Bradley was visiting Ms. Yeager in her office when Mr. Bradly received a telephone call. Ms. Yeager heard District Attorney Willis tell Mr. Bradley: “They are coming after us. You don’t need to talk to them about anything about us.”

🔹Mr. Wade had definitively begun a romantic relationship with Ms. Willis during the time that Ms. Willis was running for District Attorney in 2019 through 2020.

🔹Mr. Bradley stated that Mr. Wade personally prepared his own divorce complaint against his spouse, Mrs. Jocelyn Wade, and told Mr. Bradley to sign the divorce filings and to file them on Mr. Wade’s behalf. Therefore, Ms. Yeager claims Mr. Bradley never formerly represented Mr. Wade as a client.

None of that has anything to do with Trump's guilt.
He's equally guilty or innocent regardless of what she did or didn't do.

you said if you're innocent why would you do it when innocent defendants routinely do whatever they need to improve their odds in court. he's not doing anything unique so why make a rant about it?
No rant here, but you sure are ranting in his defense. You're acting like he is a typical defendant in these cases. No one in history has ever popped off in public more in a legally damning manner than this clown. It's not even close given that he was POTUS. It's been a facking nightmare for the dozens of lawyers he's gone through

Why? It has absolutely nothing to do with what Trump did.

she may get removed from the case - if sent to another prosecutor they may not agree with the stretch made to come up with RICO charges

in the extreme the judge could throw out the case rather than reassign as the fruit of a poison tree.

Not sure why the docs case is considered the strongest, other than last hope with all the flame outs in the others.
He was asked to return them in three separate occasions and lied about having them. Two times he responded with the lie. A third time his lawyers lied on his word. When they found them in the raid in August of 2022, he penned a letter on his Truth Social Network that the documents had been planted. Well documented. A couple of weeks later the documents had been declassified by his words and thoughts, again on the record.🤣🤣🤣

Why would someone so innocent try to exhaust any and every executive immunity avenue, exerting 110% to delay the trials? It's damn hilarious this guy might be President again. If you're not too thin skinned about it and have a grip on reality, it could be entertaining if he is reelected. Just because of the meltdown from his base when he actually governs again

Odd take

What you think..he going to prison? 😂😂😂

I agree with that analysis as to most of the people involved in the physical rioting, but I don’t think it extends to the candidate or the campaign.

Do you disagree that the plan was to secure an unelected second “term” for Trump?

At that point, doesn’t it cease to be “our government,” even if he continues to exercise executive control over the same government agencies an institutions.

The riot also wasn’t the only step taken in furtherance of that objective. There was the whole process of organizing the production of fake electoral votes and having them submitted plus the request and subsequent pressure campaign on Pence to open them instead of the legitimate votes.

Their objective was to establish what would be properly categorized as a form of dictatorship and they took steps to try to see that objective come to fruition. It ultimately failed, but they still tried.
It was an ugly day. I just don’t see any scenario of events that would have concluded with Trump still in power.

Because the trial system doesn’t always get it right. Being innocent doesn’t eliminate all risk. Every defendant should take the steps that best limit their potential exposure. If how the case is litigated were a good indicator of guilt/innocence, then I’d say he’s not guilty. A guilty person who expects to be convicted has more to lose by trying to get out of taking responsibility for their actions.

But if you’re pushing 80 years old and 300lbs, what’s the difference between 4 years and 40?

It’s just not a good way to measure the value of a case.
