None of that has anything to do with Trump's guilt.Fani Willis Warned Nathan Wade's Divorce Lawyer To Stay Quiet About Their Affair, bombshell new court filing claims: Trump prosecutor case gets another twist with NEW Witness that could deliver devastating testimony
A new witness brought forth by a Donald Trump codefendant in Georgia claims to have overheard Fulton County DA Fani Willis speaking to the former law partner of her former lover and gave what is being described as a warning not to talk about what he knows.
Witness Terrence Bradley was a critical witness and key figure during court arguments Friday about whether Willis and former boyfriend and special prosecutor Nathan Wade should be disqualified from prosecuting Trump and 18 codefendants.
He repeatedly testified that he couldn't recall information when questions about texts with another attorney about when the relationship between Willis and Wade began.
Now a lawyer for defendant David J. Shafer says in a new filing that Cindi Lee Yeager, a prosecutor from Cobb County, Georgia, had 'numerous, in-person and other conversations' with Bradley in which they discussed information about Willis and Wade.

No rant here, but you sure are ranting in his defense. You're acting like he is a typical defendant in these cases. No one in history has ever popped off in public more in a legally damning manner than this clown. It's not even close given that he was POTUS. It's been a facking nightmare for the dozens of lawyers he's gone throughyou said if you're innocent why would you do it when innocent defendants routinely do whatever they need to improve their odds in court. he's not doing anything unique so why make a rant about it?
He was asked to return them in three separate occasions and lied about having them. Two times he responded with the lie. A third time his lawyers lied on his word. When they found them in the raid in August of 2022, he penned a letter on his Truth Social Network that the documents had been planted. Well documented. A couple of weeks later the documents had been declassified by his words and thoughts, again on the record. Not sure why the docs case is considered the strongest, other than last hope with all the flame outs in the others.
Why would someone so innocent try to exhaust any and every executive immunity avenue, exerting 110% to delay the trials? It's damn hilarious this guy might be President again. If you're not too thin skinned about it and have a grip on reality, it could be entertaining if he is reelected. Just because of the meltdown from his base when he actually governs again
What you think..he going to prison? He was asked to return them in three separate occasions and lied about having them. Two times he responded with the lie. A third time his lawyers lied on his word. It was an ugly day. I just don’t see any scenario of events that would have concluded with Trump still in power.I agree with that analysis as to most of the people involved in the physical rioting, but I don’t think it extends to the candidate or the campaign.
Do you disagree that the plan was to secure an unelected second “term” for Trump?
At that point, doesn’t it cease to be “our government,” even if he continues to exercise executive control over the same government agencies an institutions.
The riot also wasn’t the only step taken in furtherance of that objective. There was the whole process of organizing the production of fake electoral votes and having them submitted plus the request and subsequent pressure campaign on Pence to open them instead of the legitimate votes.
Their objective was to establish what would be properly categorized as a form of dictatorship and they took steps to try to see that objective come to fruition. It ultimately failed, but they still tried.
Because the trial system doesn’t always get it right. Being innocent doesn’t eliminate all risk. Every defendant should take the steps that best limit their potential exposure. If how the case is litigated were a good indicator of guilt/innocence, then I’d say he’s not guilty. A guilty person who expects to be convicted has more to lose by trying to get out of taking responsibility for their actions. Why would someone so innocent try to exhaust any and every executive immunity avenue, exerting 110% to delay the trials?
