The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Do you have a source I can view for that info??? Wasn't twisting, you just verified that unelected people have more authority over classified document then those elected... That's fine . Would like to read you source. According to the ABA (American Bar Association) seems to have a different opinion.

Read post above. I have pretty much said enough.

Lawyers can throw out any junk they want to do so in an attempt to change law, opinions are like A$$holes everybody got one until it gets plugged. I guess there waiting on Cannon to make a move to take the challenge.

Again I have said enough and believe what you want to believe. One of us has been there and understands the process. You can holler BS and I don't care because I have seen the process. You can't google it because most of it exists in documents that are privy to the organization. All Trump has done is to rattle the cage to get the masses stirred up. Nothing more, nothing less, nothing else, the Trump way. I would feel relief if I knew what the documents were, but chances are, all we will ever know is that they were classified. One thing I do know is that they should never left the confines of DC.

I come into this forum for fun and to share knowledge of areas I know about or have experienced. I understand the jabbing and jawing but am a no-nonsense type of person. But I understand what to expect. I love my country, my freedoms and my Vols. Hopefully we all have this in common even though we may disagree on things. I am neither a Biden or Trump supporter. Bad choices.

Poor, poor man. It's SUCH a shame that such a sweet, gracious, virtuous, law-abiding individual has to be subjected to these accusations, charges and trials. I take comfort in knowing, as he's said, that he's suffering for us. That were it not for his courage and sacrifice, the government would be coming after us for trying to engineer a coup and inciting a mob attack on the U.S. Capitol that resulted in the deaths of police officers, for stealing classified documents and lying about it, for major business tax fraud, for assaulting a woman and defaming her, for paying hush money to prostitutes--and for wanting to please the tyrant who's long been America's chief enemy. We are so very lucky to have a man like HIM to bear these unfair wounds, because we know that he's only trying to make America great again. I nearly cried the other day watching him walk around a NASCAR venue saluting the food vendors maintenance personnel---such a patriot. And his touching Memorial Day message was heart-rending. I have put on my gold Donnie Trump trainers and will keep my hand on his Donnie Trump bible--you know that he cherishes the Good Book--while awaiting the verdict.

The fact that the Judge is unwilling to put his instructions on paper is as telling as anything that has been in this sham of a trial. He knows an appellate court is likely to chew him a new orifice but such is their desperation, he doesnt care.
It appears he’s making this 💩 up as he goes

@RockyTop85

What is the significance (is there any significance?) of the verbal instructions to the jury?

Is this just a case by case, judge by judge, decision that you’ll see variability on?

What do you make of the reported jury instructions?

The tax and avenue is really, really weak.

I'll defer to attorneys on Richardson case implications...

Judge threw defense a bone with way he instructed them to view Cohen.

If the jury hangs, it will be based on intent....

The longer deliberations go, the better for DJT

Sorry to pester you, but you keep answering lol….

What are the Richardson case implications? I assume some sort of precedent?

And what did judge say about Cohen?

Again just run of the mill reply. Typical. I have said enough and I know what I know. Thought i would share but it is quite obvious you dont get it. No need to broaden you education.

Dude I posted links that explain the process and none of what you “claim” to know applies to the president.

If you find that any witness has intentionally testified falsely,” Merchan told the jurors, “you may disregard that witness’s entire testimony

Told the jury they can't convict Trump based solely on Cohen's testimony
