The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

I am not saying that at all. Having a shell or holding company does not mean laundering.

Trump has over 500 entities in Trump Org and many of them are holding/shell. It is set up that way for tax, legal, risk reasons.

The monitor overseeing T.O. has already dissolved over 100 of these companies with no operations. The monitor didn't dissolve them because of laundering but because they weren't needed.

Just need more proof than shell company to say something illegal is going on...
It’s especially common to have tons of entities in real estate development. Each development gets its own for the reasons you listed.

This is very confusing as others have pointed out she is in the bag for Trump ... Clear distinction between her and corrupt judge Merchan.

To be fair, it is going to be near impossible to find a non-bias judge. The key is whether proper processes are followed.

Exactly! All judges have personal opinions and attacking them over those opinions is dumb (see the latest Alito nonsense as an example). Whether it’s Merchan, Alito or whoever, the expectation is they put their own feelings aside and apply the law.

Edit: apply the law equally. Just for you Joey!

Add the word “equally” to the end of that post and you’ve nailed it.

If it's absurd, but it works - is it really absurd?
To be fair if this exact same thing happened to Biden the Dems would be losing their minds. That’s a sign it shouldn’t have happened. But, Trump isn’t the only person ever convicted when he shouldn’t have been and that’s why there’s an appeal process. The dominoes are still falling so once they all fall we will see where it shakes out. My guess is it gets overturned.

Edit: Excuse me, Trump isn’t the only one convicted when he feels he shouldn’t have been. The legal process is ongoing so I can’t say definitively that he shouldn’t have been.

The closest comparison to Trump would be Clinton's impeachment. Both, basically involved the same issues of paying off whores they had an affair with. Only real difference was that Clinton's was never found guilty.
