But Mr. Composure was rattled, he fumbled the previous snap right into Sampson's hands.

He also overthrew the TE which would have been a HUGE catch (would not have been a TD likely but we would have had it at the 3 yard line with 17 seconds left).

Penalties, o-line, missed throws-dropped passes and conservative play calling all led to the L tonight. QB pressure early from Arkansas changed the tempo. UT couldn’t get a series without 1-2 penalties pushing them back. Not having reciever 1 or 2 for a good part of the game didn’t help. Let’s hope those kids come back next week. Bright side is tix to UT-Bama will now be affordable

An actual post from someone that is a true fan. This team did not play well tonight, but the fools that are acting like we are 0-5 rather than 4-1 are completely off their rocker. The first time this year that they have looked rattled in a hostile environment. Let's see if they learn from what they feel right now and what they see in the film room this week.

This one is on the poor play calling and on Nico but also don’t forget the big jump Hendon made in year two compared to year one. I just wish we had this defense next year when Nico starts mastering this offense.

In all honesty probably right. Nothing about tonight built any confidence....

And nothing happened tonight that took us from shoe in to a playoff spot to having a ceiling of the Gator Bowl.

We need to completley revamp the passing game. No more running the ball until we figure out how to move the ball consistently through the air. No more screen crap. Heupel's scheme has been figured out and he had no adjustments.

If he can’t open the playbook up because Nico is handicapped then he needs to sit and Gaston should play. We are now horrible at pushing the ball downfield against decent teams. Defense is still playing well enough to win. I don’t want to see play calling like this again unless we are up by 30+. This is all on CJH and offensive staff.

Volnation-be honest. What stud top 10 wr would want to come play for THIS offense. Not saying it can't and won't morph into a more dangerous threat but you absolutely get nothing thrown to you where you can show playmaker ability in this iteration of this offense

Josh seems to have one of these type games each year. Hopefully that changes, soon.

Always a night game as well. I think our WRs aren’t as good as we thought, Oline isn’t good but you’ve got Mays and Campbell playing hurt imo, Nico has been good at times really good but tonight the lights were a bit too bright for him. Honestly we really needed to give him more from the surrounding talent. Defense was good for most of the game, just had a bad last series then decided to let them score instead of allowing them to bleed time then win on a giveme FG. Time management was questionable by Heupel.

Sucks. You go back to Neyland and try to get a win against the Gators

sorry, but Nico isn’t all time. He’s good. But not great. Our D is really good. They held a sec opponent to 19 points. Gonna have to score more
