I'm not denying that Gruden is likely the best candidate that we are aware of, but he isn't the only one and we cannot predict how successful he will be nor other others, we can only take educated guesses. Just very sick of the Gruden only crowd that will whine and cry if we do not hire him. I suppose I shouldn't expect anything different.

Things are bad at usm. They gotta get rid of Johnson. Why they hired him over Blake Anderson is beyond me. Also had a great shot at Kirby smart but Hammond fd that

Whoever gives us the best chance at winning quickly and showing rapid improvement is the best coach for the job.

That answer solves the problems. What it doesn't solve for are the idiots that make up a large chunk of our fan base. You think the 'crazies' are the loud minority? I'm not so sure...

Blake is a solid coach. I remember him from his Louisana-Lafayette days.

Fedora and Mullen are identical in my book. Both former UF O-Coordinators.

Look at the premium talent Fedora inherited as well. Check out draft boards. Shocking how many Tar Heels are listed. Fedora can't claim those kids as his.

If the linchpin in your argument is beating a CUSA team, I suppose I'll be the first to concede.

Good debate, though. Either way, I'd be disappointed.
