Tough series, had to a know a sweep was a possibility in this one, but still disappointing. Our guys will keep working and hopefully we’ll turn it around!

Most realistic path forward, not considering SECT.

Go 1-2 against all 3 of USC, Vandy and UK.

Then somehow find a way to sweep Miss St and UGA

Not looking good.

It’s time accept this team for who they are, not who the media expected they would be.

I’d think most Vol fans expected a drop off, but not this much of a drop off.

I actually think the team is better than they have been playing but this is where we are - next to last in the SECE.

It is entirely possible to turn it around but my expectations are tempered.

Love the Basebal Vos but it is what it is we struggling maybe able to come out of funk versus Vanderbilt next weekend

We’re 10th in the league with series left vs Vandy and SCar. You’re delusional if you think we’re a shoe-in at this point. We have no quality OOC wins and the 2 “marquee” games vs Zona and GCU are meaningless now that they’re both trash. Neither are getting in without winning their leagues tournaments. We need to go 9-6 in the league on the backstretch to feel comfortable getting in and 8-7 at an absolute minimum. That’s fighting. 5 SEC teams have made the NCAAT with 13 wins, 6 have made it with 14 wins.

RPI 21. Will stay close to the same with today’s loss. 8-6 down the stretch would only be 57% of our games. I’ll take those odds! LETS GOOOO!!!

Seriously true! We either play better and make a run or build for next year. Either way I’ll be there and wake up smiling in the morning, after coffee that is….
