Me too. SEC Network + only started working after I messed around with it unsuccessfully for about 30 minutes, then waited another 30 minutes for comcast to call me back, then 20 minutes on the phone with them. Grrrr.

Has anyone ever heard anyone say they like Comcast? I've got my own dysfunctional Comcast story, and I'll bet most of you do, too.

Problem is, they're insulated from the normal market forces by the breadth of their conglomeration. Don't know how up-to-date this is, but it's from Comcast's website...

I think we're due for another Teddy Roosevelt-style correction on monopolies. Unfortunately, the power$ in D.C. benefit from most monopolies.
