I didn't realize we were that limited with draft capital for next year. Makes that trade up even worse to me. That's horrible management of draft capital. I realize he's not responsible for much of it but you certainly don't fix it by making it worse.

I can confidently say that Levis was overrated and likely won’t pan out. But plenty of QBs are overrated and underrated going into the draft.

How long did Tannehill take to become Tannehill though? As I recall he was off his rookie contract and know he was already on his second team........... That's not very attractive.


I don't know if he hits or not but we've just made his job difficult for at least a few years to come.

You’ve got to wonder how much of that had to do with his supporting cast. Playing from behind and realizing no one else on your team can make plays can cause a QB to force bad throws and hold the ball waiting for something to develop leading to more sacks.

I think we all knew Downing was just doing what he was told. It's why I hate internal OC picks. It insures our offense is sick in perpetual sucktitude.

I just remember some wanting to give Vrable the benefit of the doubt, but its even more proof Vrabel just wants yes men.

Not ideal. That’s why I’m sounding like a broken record saying we should have taken production players over Levis. Free agency won’t be kind to us this off-season so get people who can play Day 1 and let us go into next offseason with a lot of cap space and potentially an offense ready for a new QB to walk into.

Ugh, that's going to be challenging to manage resigning versus letting guys go and drafting replacements and depth. Not ideal at all.
