To say this coach staffing thing is going well is an understatement. You can tell the respect the coaching fraternity has for BC and his dad.

Hoping we aggressively bring in help for him. Take a shot at Mooney or Calvin Ridley, draft a guy like Coleman early second, invest in some linemen in free agency, etc

Here's a theory

If Eddie George played for teams lime the Cowboys, Giants, Packers, or Steelers and put up the same numbers...he would be in the hall of fame. Even without a super bowl!

Good suggestions. I think free agency will go better now. Cally is respected by the O players in the league and everybody knows his dad is the best at the O-line.

Callahan will improve Levis at Quarterback position.

Plus if Bengals don't tag Tee Higgins look for him to follow his old OC.

All WR want to be #1 on team and with Chase at Cincinnati, Higgins is always going to be Robin.

Keep Hopkins, get Higgins, get a veteran good LT and draft Brock Bowers.

The Titans should have hired Eric Bieniemy as their new offensive coordinator. He would have been a MUCH better hire than Nick Holz. I like Callahan's other coaching hires, but I think he whiffed at OC.

Callahan is going to call the plays, wouldn't make sense for an experienced play caller to come

EB sucks. There's a reason he wasn't hired as a HC after sooooo many interviews. Andy is why KC is so good.

Oh come on . Before Mahomes came along Andy was widely viewed as a choke artist. Patrick Mahomes is why KC is so good. They were mediocre when Andy had Alex Smith.

Choke artist maybe. But before PM played, they won the AFC West back to back years (plus 4 playoff appearances in 5 years and never falling below 2nd in the West).

Not to mention 5 NFC Championship Games (1 SB) with Philly. All without EB....

Seriously, I think they are both very good/would be very good on their own, but together, they're a match made in heaven.

I think Mahomes is already up there with Brady and Manning, but I can't take anything away from Reid, either. I was one of the people who used to call him a choke artist, but it's clear now that he was always a really good coach, he just finally got paired with his HOF QB. Let's not forget he went to the NFC title game 4 years in a row + a super bowl appearance with Donovan "Hall of Very Good" McNabb. And also had some very respectable seasons pre-Mahomes in KC with Alex "Hall of Game Manager" Smith.

Andy already had a Super Bowl ring before Mahomes and Alex Smith had the best seasons of his career under him. And McNabb at only 34, completely fell apart without Reid.

Forgot NE beat them that season. Honestly though one game doesn’t change my opinion. He’s one of the best coaches of our era, will be a HOF coach, and improves every QB he coaches
