I don’t think so. This was from about a month ago, and the team GM mostly talks about playing him at guard. Also didn’t RC openly talk about moving Skoronski to LT? If they think he can play tackle, it makes more sense to bring in a weapon for Levis.
Granted I’m not convinced he can

Titans GM explains why Peter Skoronski didn't get a shot at LT
Really, at the moment following a quick search, the only recent thing I can find press-wise about moving him to LT is a piece penned up from The Tennessean from mid-November of last year…but it was more an opinion piece.
A couple of weeks ago Kuharsky made the comment I think it was in a PC with Carthon of you drafted a All-American Left Tackle and never played him at tackle.I don’t think so. This was from about a month ago, and the team GM mostly talks about playing him at guard.

Hitching your wagon to Jerry Jones hasn't been a good career move for a whole lot of coaches.
Earned or not, it is safe to say that Vrabel has the baggage of wanting more control than most owners and GMs want to give. Apparently he has been interviewing for HC and DC jobs and not getting offers. I'm sure he will get the opportunity to DC down the line, the league loves to recycle.
Coaching Staff just about finished new names are Ben Bloom as outside LB coach and Tracy Rocker coming back as DL coach. Only slot open is the special teams coordinator and it looks like the head of the strength and conditioning staff isn't being retained.
