The Runner's thread

Upgraded to LogYourRun. It's decent and reasonably accurate. Logs my speed at every point in time and logs all of my elevation change. Let's me overlay the two.

For the mileage log being kept: 4.92 today.

Do you use the Iphone app? I was thinking about getting a garmin watch but this might be enough to make me upgrade my phone to an Iphone.

Thank you all for all the helpful websites. I appreciate it. Ran 3 miles last night. Going for 5 tonight and 6 or 7 Saturday morning.

flowd, you should add your miles to the mile count.(see couple pages back to understand the mile count) it is currently at 3.5 so your miles would def kick the count into gear.

Do u all think it might be easier to track if u made an individual thread? That way u can talk running in here, but keep the mileage log separate?

two miles today, but it's on a treadmill. It's hard to run over here on solid ground because it's so freaking dusty. Guess I can't count in your thread counter. Eh well.

6.5 miles this morning. Was expecting to do a little more, but just wasn't feeling it this morning.

Mile Count: 22 miles.

had planned to add a couple miles this morning but something came up. hope to do it this evening.

I really thought about buying a pair of Brooks to try today but went with what I knew instead

Great shoe, but firm. I rotate from soft (kayano) to mid (Adidas) to full blown firm (beast). Works for my feet and ankles.
