Good advice. Really embarrassing that I ran a half marathon about 1 1/2 years ago and now am struggling to run 3 miles lol
I feel like that is a lot of training in that time period. I could be wrong. If there is a plan out there that means it's worked before.
Thanks. I've been running the last couple of weeks for this 5k, so I will be over 10 weeksIt doesn't look as bad as I thought it would be. Basically it has you running most your distance on Sunday.
I went back to look at the one I used when I trained for mine. (here's the link Half marathon training) I thought it was a 12 week program but it was only a ten week. So I don't think cutting out a week is too much.
