Hey folks, I'm not a runner, but my wife is. She's been going through chemotherapy for breast cancer the last few months. The Doc says that she is going to be okay, but she's going to need more treatments then surgery. She's got a long road ahead of her, but she'll get there. She really misses running. She has ran the marathon down at Disney World twice, and ran the one at Disneyland once. She really enjoys running, I ride my Harley for fun she runs (guess who stays in better shape). The next time you runners are out, run a little further for her. She'll be running again soon.

Back home in Johnson City for a couple weeks of leave. I have lots of asphalt routes here, but does anyone know of some good running trails? There's plenty to hike, but I want a nice trail run. Thanks in advance.
I wore the new stuff today. I will be going back to the old stuff for that exact reason. The new pants are terrible for cold weather.
