What kind of bottle are you holding?

ha. I'm the dude on the bottom. the challenge was to do the captain Morgan pose on a human pyramid. we did this at the Sky bar at the Oceanfront Hilton (managing to get their was another challenge since it's VIP only). I don't know what the bottle actuallybottle actually is though, I'd have to ask

3.5 miles tonight and one destroyed McDonald's bathroom. Pretty sure it was up to the challenge though

Beat my PR by 3+ minutes. 10.04 in 1:11:30. Hit the halfway point at 33:50. I was sub 7 until mile 7. Those last 3 hurt

Struggling to get back on the horse after that 10k on Saturday. I have a 9hr trail race on June 18th I'm prepping for, then if all goes well I'm going to shoot for another 50M attempt this fall.

Anyone ever had a long lasting case of plantar fasciitis? I've had it for almost 2 years. Had everything done to my heel besides the fascia release procedure.

my mom battled quite awhile with plantar fasciitis. Nothing worked for her either, so she had the procedure done.

Smokey, how has your foot been?

I've finally lost enough weight that I'm starting to run again. Actually, my "run" is more like an army quick-time march, because I still feel heavy.

I'm using one of runtastic's built-in training programs. I'm on the 6th day of "run 30 minutes after 6 weeks of training" plan. 5x 4 minutes run followed by 1 minute walk.

I'm usually able to run the full 4 minutes the first couple of intervals, after that my legs start to go. Which is odd, because I would have thought it would have been my cardio system that gave in first.

Anyhow, I'm doing it. That's the important part.
