I don't know about "most", but I generally agree with your perception of this.

I will take it further and say that I personally don't think most of them give a damn about any real issues. I think it's a fad and a stunt for good will from one side. I do believe some are serious about their reasons.

That being said.. the reaction and outrage to their act is far more embarrassing than their act itself. I cannot fathom the hairpin trigger brain that reacts so severely to something of such little significance. It's wild.

Clearly you’re beyond stupid. You have not only moved the goalposts but you’ve changed the size and sport of the goalposts. You’ll need to completely start over and research better.
