That would be a "on a fundamental level, I disagree highly with the current state of laws in California since they conflict with the basic premise of the Constitution on that State as well as the US."

And I'd bet there are a lot of cops that don't enforce those laws as much as you think they do unless absolutely necessary.

Furthermore, it does say in your link "supposedly" and doesn't elaborate further except "weapons charges." Which in California can probably mean anything from an Ma Deuce to a slingshot.

The guy was sent home from the NFL combine for being an ass hat to a nurse. He is a POS.
