No, the guy made condescending remarks about people not having a firm grasp of their history. Then he exposed himself for being one of those people.
"I think thats good, Trump said Thursday on Fox and Friends. I dont think people should be staying in locker rooms, but still I think its good. You have to stand proudly for the national anthem or you shouldnt be playing, you shouldnt be there, maybe you shouldnt be in the country.
How is pointing out how ridiculous it is to throw around terms so commonly that they disrespect those who were actually slaves or were under Nazi rule condescending?
The slavery stuff is stupid, but how do you not see parallels with nationalistic fascism? Nobody is saying we are as bad as the Nazis, but we are saying this is what fascists would do.
The idea that you shouldn't live here because you want to protest police brutality...that's our president talking. Is that not a scary attitude?
They can protest all they want, just not at work.
Can you carry on a protest at work? I know I cant.

This is irrelevant. The owners can pass this rule, it's their organization, but what you're allowed to do at work has no bearing on the conversation.
And to answer your question, I'm certain there are protests that my employer would tolerate.
Let me ax you this. In al seriousness. How do you think Clowny Kaepernick was going to extricate himself from his 'protest'? What was going to be his catalyst to stop the kneeling and stand up again? That was the question I always wanted to hear him answer, but I don't think even he knew. Other than the demise of his career, I don't think there could have been anything. The slavery stuff is stupid, but how do you not see parallels with nationalistic fascism? Maybe I missed it. I didnt read anything leading up to that post.
Is your point solely about Trump?
How about you read the things leading up to it instead of asking people to repeat themselves and ruining the thread? I'd understand if it were something that happened 400 posts ago but it's right there, man.
I don't have a problem with people criticizing them for protesting on the job. That would actually be a legitimate gripe.
Most of these people have a problem with them protesting anywhere. That is the problem.
Well first off its impossible to ruin this ridiculous thread, second it would have taken the same time to answer my question as it did for you to type a jackass response. Third, some of you guys need to get out of your feelings.
