As someone who has given my entire adult life to the service of this country I would like to slap the ever loving **** out of him. However, if he wants to be a disrespectful pile of refuse he has that right. He was fortunate enough to be born in the greatest country in the world. So I am at an impasse.Clutch those pearls, ladies

He should have stayed out of Public eye, but he is an attention freak...As someone who has given my entire adult life to the service of this country I would like to slap the ever loving **** out of him. There are far more important measures of a man than whether he stands for a song. I respect your position and like you as a poster, but this is a big nothing-burger for me. America has a lot of blood on its hands, so if blind pageantry isn't for someone, it doesn't bother me.As someone who has given my entire adult life to the service of this country I would like to slap the ever loving **** out of him. None of that would make him any less effective in any other era of NBA history, everyone should be able to agree on that but some people develop very stupid takes based on politicsI don't think he was referring to the ability/talent side of things. I was probably referring to the flop history, whining side of things. I would think most LeBron haters and supporters could agree on that.
That's a tired argument, every country has a lot of blood on their hands, the question is: did the blood get there from fighting for the right cause or not (I would argue that America throughout history has stood for what's right the majority of the time). There are far more important measures of a man than whether he stands for a song. I don't hate anyone. I think it is extraordinarily disrespectful to not stop what you are doing during the national anthem. Knowing what the 1% of men and women that actually serve in the armed forces give up to allow the rest of the nation to have the freedoms they have gives me a bit of a unique perspective maybe. Folks are perfectly within their rights to not stop and show respect, but I am also perfectly within my rights to call them out. Feel free to ignore me. That is perfectly within your rights.A ton of players across multiple sports did it for 3-4 years, maybe longer. Do you just hate all of them?
