This loss will be 100% on the staff

The loss is not necessarily on them

The absolute pathetic play is.
Sunbelt teams are coached better

Auburn won 3 games last year while we won 5.
They just got through embarrassing us on national TV and are 8-1 with their new coach, while we are 4-6 with ours. You do know that means they are more likely to be moving in the right direction then us, right?

They have also had 4 consecutive top 10 recruiting classes.

One thing Chizik could do was recruit unlike our previous coach who could not tell the difference between a Sunbelt player and an SEC player.

1. If you cant handle someone at their worst then you don't deserve them when they are at their best...

2. No one wants to be with you in the crucifixion but everyone wants to be with you in the resurrection, UT will be back.

3. Don't say VOL FOR LIFE if your actions don't match...that makes you a HYPOCRITE...

Just thought I would share a few quotes from Inky after the game today. He is a true VOL FOR LIFE...

Hijacked to serve a purpose.....some of you need to get over yourself.

'Atrocious' was one word the color guy used to describe Tennessee's tackling. He was spot on.

Our lack of speed, well, CBJ can't do much about it this year. But failure to teach proper tackling is all on the coaches including CBJ. Failure to teach the fundamentals was one thing that doomed the last HC, and could do the same to this one.
If all you have to do is teach, then why do some students make better grades than others? Coaching is the same. You can coach your rear end off but that doesn't mean the player (student) will be brilliant and pass the course with flying colors. I'm sure they coached Mcniel to take two steps in the wrong direction so the QB could blow around him on the end. I bet the even coached A.J. to stick his face into the guards chest so he wouldn't see the back with the ball until he was 3 yards past him. The point is you can coach all you want but like Coach Pat's daddy said" you don't take mules to the Kentucky Derby"

I am amazed at the people that judge CBJ based almost entirely on the last few weeks. Very few teams could have fared any better with this schedule, and we are not one of them; we knew that when we started the season. We beat USC, and came close to beating GA, 2 of the leaders in the SEC, the toughest conference in the country. If you expected better, you need to put your orange tinted glasses away. Flame away, go away, or agree; it doesn't matter to me.

After we blow the first runback (off a punt) on ST, we should have started punting the ball out of bounds, and any KO's through the endzone. This score is 80% ST fiasco.

Your right its the coaching staffs fault cause I'm sure I seen cbj and jancek and thigpen and Martinez out there missing tackles taking crappy angles and flat out sucking it up. Get real man this is such BS that you guys blame this stuff on the staff. It's the players job to put those pads on and take the field and do what they are there to do. The coaches can only do so much then its up to the players to perform. Get real man I mean really!

Not sure why they played the seniors so long. They obviously had no clue. Why wait to put in some of the underclassmen? Why not get guys like Jason Carr some time? Already burned the redshirt.

Rough game. So tired of sucking......

Hunter, Patterson, D Rogers, Bray, O-line, (or even Pig Howard, Neil, Lane, Z Rogers) are Sunbelt level talent? Then how did they demolish CBJ's bearcats few years ago (I though bearcats had better talent than Sunbelt teams so I guess Dooley's coaching expertise was the reason UT won that game)?

Put down the doo-laid

That is fact that 90 percent of the people on this site deny because they cant handle the truth. Our players are not as bad as they seem to be- that is a coaching problem.

Get real. Our current speed and depth is well below that of the 4 top 10 teams we have played. Give them time, and we will catch up.

Surely you jest. You want another Dooley? That's what you will get with Muschamp.

Wrong.
Dooley was a great offensive coach (which he proved by building one of the best offenses in the country in 3 years) but he knew nothing about defense which ultimately cost him his job.
Muschamp is the EXACT opposite of that.

Muschamp is probably a fair DC (still nowhere close to Chavis), but I think time will show he is not a good HC.
