From the sound of it, he is not really going to entertain UT moving forward. Sheffield is probably gone next. Good thing 2019 is a while away. Be interesting to see how the WR board changes with Beard coaching.

Not sure what article you read, but there is nothing in that article that makes any mention of him not considering Tennessee moving forward.
Tell me what part of that article said he was entertaining UT moving forward.
He's not sure about Beard, was very attached to Azzani, and wants to visit of big time schools.
I know he's a kid and can come around, but the way it read, I took it to mean that UT is off the table.
My bad if I read it wrong.
Sounds like he hasn't had a chance to talk to Beard much.
From the 247 article:
Scurry has had a chance to talk to new wide receivers coach Kevin Beard but due to limited contact rules with underclassmen, their interactions have been restricted.
"The coach now, he's a good guy. He really knows what he's talking about but he's just different and Coach Azzanni was the guy that I thought was going to be my coach. "
Jennings was never a legit QB option, and Byrd hasn't played any defense at UT. He was a stud both ways
Ok, he's gone, get over it. Maybe if your good enough in college, you'll be drafted by the Bears and could play for him there. If he's still the WR coach for them in 5-6 years.
You never commit to a coach, you commit to a school. It's not the University of Azzani.
The majority of top prospects in this day and age commit to a coach instead of a school. That's just what recruiting has become in this day and age. As for Azzani, I wasn't much of a fan of his either, but I also expect the Beard experiment to probably be a one and done thing as well.
