Our top WRs are a converted QB and CB. He lost the best WR in the state. WR recruiting appears to be improving.

It's not even news, we still have the best relationship with him and the fact that he's good enough to have these options is great. Beard and Scott trying to keep him and his teammate in state v teams just turning it up on him, I'll take the Vols and watch scurry move to 5 star and Sheffield into the top 100.

A lot will happen in the personal life of a kid this young and Tennessee will know more, have more connection, and they'll likely genuinely care more. Hard to fake how much the Vols will want him as a kid they take pride in landing from Tennessee that they've invested in for years by the time he signs.

Yes but less likely than last based on the lack of proven commodities in offense and to a lesser degree defense.

From the sound of it, he is not really going to entertain UT moving forward. Sheffield is probably gone next. Good thing 2019 is a while away. Be interesting to see how the WR board changes with Beard coaching.
