We enjoy New Orleans, too.Umm, I said ‘I love going to going to New Orleans and always have a great time, but you need to keep your head on a swivel’ .. was that bad delivery? Be honest.. lol.. I personally find Atlanta less dangerous than New Orleans lol.. and yes, they were calling me a bumpkin lol.. not exactly accurate lol
Abortion - no restrictions during first 15 weeks - increasing restrictions after that point.a few to choose from:
Abortion
Border control
Social Security
Covid mandates
Size and scope of Federal Government
Crime and Punishment
Gun control
Healthcare
should be enough to get started
Abortion - no restrictions during first 15 weeks - increasing restrictions after that point.
Border control - enforceable limits and restrictions
Social security - what about it?
Covid mandates - I supported GA's approach
Size and scope of Federal Government - it should only be as big as it needs to be
Crime and punishment - less crime - fairer punishment
Gun control - only what is rational and reasonable
Healthcare - remove the waste that adds no value
Education - vouchers for 10% of public school students to be chosen by the public schools.
You know your list was intentionally broad, but I get your angle.
I'll ignore the vague answers to some and non-specific terms like rational, reasonable, fair.
Which of these positions do you consider moving to the right to bridge the divide?
My son and I did that last time.I know, right? It’s beautiful and I get so fat lol.. WW2 museum is next on my lost.. everyone says it’s awesome
The follow up is: And which would you consider moving to the left to bridge the divide? This needs to be a two way approach.
Gotta admit....that's intriguing timing.
Three guesses where much of it was filmed. "Wow. Here’s a movie just made about a train derailing with toxins in Ohio - filmed in Ohio where it just happened, & many of the extras were locals from East Palestine Ohio who, in the film, evacuated. Then months later they had to do so in real life! Bonkers! "
Kinda weird how just months before disasters we keep having stuff pop up first....
I watched the trailer and noticed that all the cars were from the 70s/80s and assumed being a Netflix promotion it was just an old movie. Turns out it was from 2022. They must have spent a small fortune finding mint condition cars from that era to put in this movie. Wikipedia claims the budget was $100 million and the box office take was a massive $34,818, nicely done Netflix.
I think your "long term" thinking isnt nearly as long as you like to pretend it is.I am willing to vote against the short term financial best interest for me and my family for what I believe to be the greater long term good......di it frequently.
Whereas you seem to be an admitted "short term impact to your own wallet" voter.
sure
on abortion I'm right with Luther (depending on what he means by restrictions)
on the border I'm an advocate of guest worker programs
on crime and punishment I'm for criminal justice reform for non-violent offenders (greatly reduce incarceration)
off the top of my head
