Twitter is suing because companies won't advertise with them.

Average post on Elon’s Twitter nowadays, can’t imagine why people don’t want to advertise

Brother the point is that people who work at Twitter are either not smart enough, not staffed enough or don't care enough to filter out the obvious fake accounts before they send notifications from those accounts out to thousands or millions of people.

That is not good for advertisers if Bleacher Repot "reports" that Nike just fired all the white people at its company, and Twitter sends that out to millions of people and causes an uproar over something fake

Like when that pharma company clone tweeted insulin would be free.

I don't really care about X or Twitter. But I was wondering about this GARM organization, did they push and recommend their clients avoid Facebook or TikTok in similar fashion or zeal the way they did X?

If not can we really believe it's purely about content? I didn't know because I really didn't care about Musk beyond his Starlink product which we use because Internet options are extremely limited for us.

Would limited visibility of a post on a platform be the same or different from banning a person's ability to use the service?

It literally means the end of the world. This is also from the same person who is upset over a word a baseball player said about a fan to himself on the field in range of a microphone.

I was just seeing where the line was because people keep saying X is not for free speech yet I see no one being banned just limited visibility.

I really don't think he minds being hated by some, but it's obvious he needs a ton of external validation.

It's been wild to see him go from voting for Biden to right wing edge lord, but he's certainly built a zealous cult following the last couple years.

Looks like Musk might've gave sanctioned Chechyan leader a cyber truck and he plans on killing Ukrainians with it.

Not buying it. Elon would have to be off the charts stupid to, essentially, provide a gratis truck to a Russian army commander.

Pretty sure our military folks would not take kindly to this.

Yeah, IDK. He doesn't even understand the basics of free speech so I wouldn't put this out of the realm of possibility for him.

Regardless if it were free or not, it is curious how he got one. You weren't supposed to be able to resale for a year. Can't Musk just turn it off from Tesla headquarters?

Heh. No clue. I heard there was like a 2 year waiting list for them. Saw my first one a couple weeks back... looks like a lunar landing vehicle... plus doesn't work physically for me. No thank you.
