Tyler Bray still undrafted (merged)

Has 1st round potential. He should have stayed another year and spent the whole time working on his attitude and work ethic.

I feel bad for Tyler. Maybe this will motivate him to work his butt off to get signed with a team. Shoulda stayed another year, but what's done is done

This will be the best thing ever for Bray. He gets his ego properly deflated and realizes that raw talent is but one pie of the pie. Now he can learn about leadership, doing his homework, improving strength, conditioning, mobility, working on his flaws and studying the enemy defenses.

What a wake up call and a chip on the shoulder might do him well too.

Wow between him and Da'rick I can't believe so much talent got left out of the draft. I'd be thrilled for either or both to end up on the Colts. They need a backup QB and with Luck it would give Bray all the time in the world to sit back and learn the system and how to be behave like an NFL qb. We also need a WR like Da'rick that can eventually take over for Wayne. Plus, like Bray, he could learn from Wayne the attitude and work ethic to have a long successful career in the nfl.

I think it would be hilarious if Bray and Da'Rick Rogers ended up in Dallas as free agents. Bray because he is essentially Romo 2.0 and would drive that fan base nuts. Rogers because Dooley would have deal with him again.

Going undrafted is better than being picked by some team in the 7th that he has no chance of making. At least now he can find a place that suits him to be a #2 or 3.

He'll sign a free agent contract somewhere. Good luck to him. I wasn't a huge fan of his, but I never wish failure on our former Vols.

Even Da'Rick. :loco:

Anyone hating on Tyler needs to stfu now...

Compare this to you winning the lottery and walking out of your house someone robs you and takes the ticket....

I blame it on the dumba$$ Analyst, whispering in his ear he was a 2nd round draft pick then slandering him every chance they got.

No body in the nfl, other than Dooley, knows Bray better than Manning. He didnt have him sit behind him to mentor him, but chose another QB. Imo That says a lot about bray and his tenure at UT.

I was unaware that Peyton had added to his legacy the accomplishment of being the first ever active player/GM in NFL history.

Bray is going to serve as an example to many future college players. A couple of stupid moves and he went from being touted preseason as a top 5 pick to being undrafted. I hate it for him, as when he was on his game, was one of the most fun QB's in Tennessee history to watch, and I REALLY hope that he gets a shot somewhere, and I mean a LEGITIMATE shot. Give him a few years to sit back and learn from a veteran and see how he changes.

It's his own fault man.

I agree somewhat. But it's still strange to see a 6'6" QB with a cannon from a BCS school that threw for a ton of yards flat not get drafted. Usually theres a team that will take a flyer just on the measurables. Like I posted earlier, even Jon Crompton got drafted.

Can Bray just take a year off and try again in next year's draft?

haha

I hate it for him, but I can't say I feel bad for Bray...

Attitude is his problem, and not will to work hard, but the main problem for him was the outsiders telling him how good he was instead of going and working hard he sat on his azz and didnt try to get better what a waste of talent maybe he will get his degree now he will have time to work on it sense he has no job in the fall.

Wish Denver had taken him in the 7th, Peyton would have been a good mentor to him, maybe he would have learned a thing or two

There are many reasons, but the blame falls squarely on the shoulders of Tyler Bray.

I'd be very surprised if he's not in a training camp.
