Pound the paint and guard flopper Allen and we should be ok.
Berry>Thornton
Paige=Allen
Jackson>Jones
Hicks\Meeks<Ingram
Brice>>>> Plumlee
1. Berry is not better than Thornton. At best, they're equals. Thornton is one of the better on-ball defenders we've had in a while. He slips up every now and then, but for the most part he'll pester whoever he's on.
2. I wouldn't be surprised to see Chase Jeter start and actually play a lot of defense if he can stay out of foul trouble. If he can just be decent that gives us a better since Ingram does not like to bang down low.
3. If Duke wins, it will be bc Kennard has a good game. He needs to be an offensive spark off the bench that he usually is.
Overall, I think Duke has the advantage at the guard positions, it's equal at the wings, and UNC has the adavantage in the post. If Duke wins, it'll be by playing great post D; if UNC it's by shutting Allen and Kennard down. It's as simple as that.
