Vaccine or not?

Have the capitalists recently embraced restrictions on who businesses can or cannot hire?

So you currently can ask someone you hire about their age, race, gender, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity?
If not, then why should personal medical information be any different?
Are you asking new hires about sexually transmitted diseases, cancer, ptsd or other medical issues?

I hope ya'll walk out en masse. But then again, that is probably the leftist plan... create yet another crisis that they will blame someone else for

So if employers impose restrictions, what do you want to happen? Do you want the government to start imposing more restrictions on how employers select their employees?

Nope. I want mass walkouts of every essential industry in this country. Enough is enough.

Good friend of mine, father-in-law, fully vaccinated caught covid, went to ER and they sent him home. Got worse, called an ambulance for himself and ended up in CCU because ICU beds weren't available. He requested and was denied MCA. Was trying to get transported to the hospital where his heart doctors were. Was awaiting transport when he died of a stroke. He was 75.

If you don't know the legal difference between some of the things you mentioned and a covid vaccine, you probably haven't had to deal with those issues.

Yep. Though I think it’s going to take the CDL truck drivers we have left to stop driving for a bit to really drive home the point. I’m just sitting back over here snug as a bug waiting on that one eventually happen. I’ve gotten my family members ready for it as well.

Like my company did? I'll get tested... and I hope those tests cost $2000/month.. The masks are idiotic because even 'vaccinated' people have to wear them.
Your company can decide what they want regarding the risk/reward of the tests. If you hate them so much you should quit or keep whining like a commie.

How is asking about a medical procedure, the shot, any different than asking someone how they ended up in a wheelchair or if they have an std? You can’t ask those questions as a basis of employment.
In all my years of employment I have never been asked if I’ve had a smallpox or measles or mumps or chicken pox vaccine nor have they been a requirement for employment. I’ve also never had to show a vaccination card to an employer. Why should a Covid shot be any different? Is Covid more deadly than an outbreak of smallpox or measles?

Regarding those other diseases, has any law ever said any an employer can't ask you to show proof of vax for a communicable disease? Odds are either you or your kid had to do so to get into school. If you have a pre-covid statute, law, reg, that says an employer cannot ask for such, I'd be happy to look at it.

These aren’t pre-Covid but they’re actually what is currently coming down the pike on Covid shots and showing one’s papers in all 50 states. Tennessee is interesting.🤣
It’s a great heads up resource on what states a business might want to relocate to in order to control an employee’s personal medical information. 😉

So is this article saying its illegal or unconstitutional for an employer to have a vax mandate if the vax is available? Were vaxes an issue before covid?

My goodness are we getting ready to see a huge nationwide reap what you sow issue with these mandates? How totally unexpected.

I posted the link for the 50 state laws information available in one place with the Bill numbers included for reference, not the writer’s opinions in the article which I care nothing about, so I dunno. 🤷‍♀️
