I get your point to a certain extent and I would agree with you under normal circumstances. I do however believe that when the Biden administration mandates and bullies large entities into mandating covid-19 vaccine mandates we need governors to fight for rights and freedoms of the normal hard-working American people who just want to provide for their families.

Aren’t business owners normal hard working people that deserve to have their rights and freedoms protected?

Yes they are but that doesn't change my opinion that they should not be allowed to infringe on their employees rights. I believe abortion is wrong. It kills life just like covid kills life except it's done intentionally. Would you also be ok with pro-life business owners mandating that if any of their employees choose an abortion that they will be fired?

Didn’t conservatives once argue that businesses were “people” and therefore had first amendment protections regarding political donations?

Now, businesses are “entities” that shouldn’t be allowed to make decisions affecting their employees.

I didn’t go look up the laws called out. From my understanding the EO parallels the legislation in front of the TX legislators so what he did is just roll it on early since companies are already flexing their statist muscles here. The vax mandate blocking legislation will pass in TX it just has to work thru the state house. This just gives people piece of mind till it does. I haven’t seen my ******* company’s reply to it yet but I’m sure the statist bastards are disappointed
