Not really and I don't wear a mask. I just think it's funny that we spent two years seeing posts like "I'm not going to wear a mask, it's not my job to protect you. If you have an issue, stay home or wear a mask yourself." Now the people who claim to be all about personal responsibility and liberty feel the need to post about it whenever they see someone wearing a mask. Why do you care if somebody else wears a mask? @onelilreb

Me pointing out the absolute stupidity of mask wearers doesn’t mean I care what they choose to do. I’ve posted several times that people should choose for themselves to wear a mask or not. Hell, go get vaccinated and get double boosted and still catch Covid like Kamala Harris did, I don’t care. But i am going to point out and laugh at stupid things like standing alone outdoors wearing a mask. Sorry this hit so close to home for you. It’s obvious you feel personally insulted by me laughing at it, like I said mask away lady.

I will say I agree with kiddiedoc, I do believe it is wrong what’s been done to children with all the bullsh** mask mandates. But people like you demanded to “follow the science”.

They just started advertising Comirnaty down here in Atlanta. At this point I am not getting it. But considering this is more than 6 months after they said it's available it does speak to a lack of public awareness.

What do you mean? I am simply stating that based on numerous conversations with pharmacists and colleagues in other areas of the country, Comirnaty (the branded FDA approved vaccine) is not available, and unknown to most.

The United States Code, Code of Federal Regulations, and internal department rulings and acquiescence rulings create a vast tangled mess of administrative set of rules, exceptions, exceptions to exceptions, and so on.

The government invested billions in doses of the Pfizer biontech vaccines for distribution. I assume those vaccines are what is being distributed to commercial pharmacies. They were authorized for emergency use. They’re chemically and functionally identical to Comirnaty. The two are interchangeable.

The idea that Pfizer submitted a name for approval that jeopardized all of those doses might be believable, but the idea that the government invalidated their own multi-billion dollar investment is less believable, and the idea that every commercial pharmacy in America has been distributing an unauthorized drug, subjecting themselves to potential liability, all so Pfizer could rename their drug is patently unbelievable.

There’s some workaround buried or they’ve extended EUA for the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine.

My doctors office called and said they could get me an appointment. They havent directly lied to me about it before like the County Health Department and Free Covid places did, so would think it is here. Havent seen a labeled bottle myself though.

You and the rules seem to jump between legal differences (comirnaty vs Biontech) and effectiveness/safety differences.

My understanding is that there is an actual physical difference in the chemicals given between the two. Very slight differences, but they were made. That plus the legal distinction, EUA is protected, FDA not protected, seems like there is a big enough difference to matter.

If nothing else its shady AF they dont tell you you are waving your rights when they give you the EUA one.
