Vick & dog fighting?

Get a look @ these crazies on the Vick message board that are pretty much dismissing the charges as false. Just look at this one post from an apparent genius:
That's BS dude. When my friend told me about it after seeing it in front of Yahoo.com, I was shocked as hell. It's completely BS from what I believe in. Not even much evidence to show that Vick's in trouble for dogfighting.

Just flippin brilliant!

My favorite quote from Vick was last night when he was asked if he would be exonerated. Now if you were innocent you would say "of course" or "yes". Michael Vick's gem " (pause) man.......no comment"
Almost two months later, still my favorite quote to come out of all of this.

Wow:eek:hmy:, the Michael Vick website is still up but they have disabled the message board. Just earlier today it was working. In fact I tried to sign up but I may have overplayed my hand by writing in the comments section that I already considered Vick guilty and his career to be OVER for his crimes against Dogmanity. I imagine many people tried to sign up in the wake of this mess. What a stupid board, you have to sign up and the “administrator” approves or disapproves you. In any event I was neither approved nor disapproved, as his message board is now defunct. That sucks because it really showed how crazy some people are who are still denying what appears to be provable fact. Bear in mind that a federal indictment is very serious business. This isn’t some Billy Joe DA from Butte County. US attorneys (who have the FULL backing of the federal government) like to try cases that will make examples for the masses to see, in hopes they might dissuade similar behavior.

I would almost feel bad for Vick until I realize how much money he has made and the glaring fact he gets his jollies off electrocuting helpless animals and sending others to their death in a sadistically barbaric fashion. Did I mention he drowned a dog also? Oh yeah almost forgot, he likes hanging them too. I won’t even touch on the cruel irony involved in that monstrous act. What a sick, sick, man. Six years just isn’t enough time for his crimes against Dogmanity. Oh well, I guess he is really paying for it now. I feel pretty stupid for wanting to believe him when these (so called) rumors first surfaced. At the time it made perfect sense that Vick would have properties that he let his family stay at. This clearly is a much different circumstance. Ron Mexico, your done…

I knew Mike Vick made bad decisions when I found out he was dating a girl with a Myspace page.

All the girls I've dated have had myspace pages, and I haven't made any bad decisions.

... Actually, I've made lots of bad decisions. I make many of them every day, in fact.

Really, the thing that gets me about this story is the tragedy of Michael Vick. IMO Vick has more potential than any other person to ever even touch a football. He's fast, tough and as football smart as it gets.

He didn't try when he did play, and it showed as his completion percentage went down, and down... And now this; If the indictment turns into a conviction, I doubt he'll ever see an NFL field again.

:eek:lol: Thanks for the laugh.

Whoa now . . . I'm a Falcons fan and I've probably seen as much of Vick as anybody. Let's be honest. Vick isn't getting any further than his arm and his legs take him. I'm not saying the guy is stupid, but he's not exactly Joe Montana standing back there reading a defense.

I think part of his problem is that he's too short to see over the line very well, which is why he sometimes seems so much better throwing on the run. They list him at six feet, but from what I've heard that's a stretch.

Plus it's hard to call a guy who lined up once behind the guard "football smart."

That is a quick change. This morning on ESPN radio they had a statement from Nike that said the complete opposite, that they were going to go ahead with the release.

I never thought much of Vick before this, but now I have no care for him at all.

Well, my friends at PETA and the Humane Society must have slapped them for their complete disregard of moral decency. Surprisingly even the Rev. Al Sharpton has come out and criticized Vick:eek:hmy:. Before this I thought the Rev. was racist and afraid to go after blacks with the same zeal he crucifies white people with. I have new faith in the Rev.:thumbsup:
