This team looks hungry. They have never tasted success like this before, and they have gotten better each week. First and foremost, however, Kentucky doesn't match up with us well at all. If they had a good offensive line, I could see it being a close game ... but they don't.

Actually, that LSU defense held the high profile Ole Miss Offense to only 20 points. Not gonna look it up, but I'd imagine that's the lowest amount of points they've scored in a single game all year.

Would anyone say UKs defense is better than LSU or Bamas? It’ll be a 50 burger again! Tillman is back and is looking to get his mojo as the best player on the team again!

Yards per play is more important than yards per game. Bama is actually still ranked ahead of UGA and UK despite us hanging 52 on them.

I honestly feel pretty comfortable vs any defense now.

Can't believe some still have doubts about this team. Not much respect from the media pundits either. This will be the first time I've watched the play off games in many moons. Hooker will RULE. I expect some will even continue to dis after they DRUB Georgia.

TN may have 35 on the board by half. We had 28 by half against Alabama. This game may get away from Kentucky with more depth on Tennessee’s defense this year - we will force more stops.

Tennessee’s offense last year scored 45 points in less than 14 minutes TOP and would beat last year’s TN team by two touchdowns. It was the first year where players were still learning the system. This team will have to gift KY a touchdown or two [like they did Bama] for KY to stay in this.

Tennessee scores 45 or more not as a “statement“, but as routine. Another huge factor…game is in Neyland with some of our starters back.

I can't wrap my head around why total d ranking is measured by yards allowed. I was just looking and Kentucky gives up 11.04 yards per pass play. We give up 11.48. It's as if total yards are all that matter. Our Rush D is 8th they're 28th. Sacks we're 42nd they're 111th (Georgia is 124th in sacks). Red Zone D we're 13th KY is 36th. Seems like we're doing OK on D.

Kentucky is the single most overrated team in the SEC and their best chance was last year and the year before and they split that. Coach Stoops is scared. You can tell he doesn't have a way to stop us. He's gonna try that ball control crap and you know what...

Doing that in the 90s worked out well how many times when Fulmer and Spurrier had equal talent? It didn't.

Only 1 team has held Tennessee under 500+ yards of O.

416 vs Pitt was Tennessee worst O performance of the season.

Do you guys think Tennessee keeps it rolling with 500+ this weekend? Or does KY keep Tennessee in check in the 400 range?

I'm not sure exactly what you meant to say in this cryptic string of brief sentences.

But if one of the things you meant is, "Kentucky is the 3rd best team we have played to this point," I think you badly miss the mark.

Bama is better than Kentucky.
LSU is better.
Florida is better.
Pitt is better.

Of the 8 teams on the front end of our schedule, the Wildcats rank about #5.

Don't let the intentional media hype surrounding them fool you. In an honest world, every one of those teams outrank Kentucky.

Yes should have stated 3rd best team. How in the world do you think Pitt and Florida are better than UK? UK beat Florida and Pitt is a train wreck now!

We are due a let down game?! What do you think the Pitt and Florida games were? That is what is scary about our team. We have yet to play our best 60 minutes. Lord help Kentucky if we put it all together on Saturday night.
