You have me confused with another if you think I said this was about “women”. Women are not driving this, it is Men.
I’ve explained it to you. But you won’t take your fingers out of your ears, too busy stomping your feet.
And you still think Coors Light and Bud Light are the same? In the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary? Take a breath, a step back, and look again.
most people hauling 2000lbs of gravel around on their way to and from an airconditioned office job, where the only time they are outside all day is going 100ft across a parking lot?I believe not too long ago he said nobody needed a truck as a daily driver and really went off the rails about it. It may have been someone else but he stands out for some reason.
Who all is coming to you trying to explain why they bought a truck?most people hauling 2000lbs of gravel around on their way to and from an airconditioned office job, where the only time they are outside all day is going 100ft across a parking lot?
yeah, I will stand by the FACT that most people don't NEED a truck as a daily driver. they can want the hell out of it, just don't come to me trying to justify how you "need" it.

so the idea of inclusivity and marketing it is ok, but an entity actually putting it into practice is unacceptable?
Did she say "change clientele" or change branding? I'm pretty sure she just said change branding and attract younger customers, and sensitive customers turned that into "they don't want me anymore." But maybe I'm missing something she said.
“I’m a businesswoman, I had a really clear job to do when I took over Bud Light, and it was ‘This brand is in decline, it’s been in a decline for a really long time, and if we do not attract young drinkers to come and drink this brand there will be no future for Bud Light.’”
“We had this hangover, I mean Bud Light had been kind of a brand of fratty, kind of out-of-touch humor, and it was really important that we had another approach,” she said.
Bud Light’s marketing VP was inspired to update ‘fratty,’ ‘out of touch’ branding
Without sounding steteotypical: the gay folks I know don't seem too inclined to sit around and pound crappy light beer. I don't really know any true trannies, so I'm not sure where they fall on the adult beverage selection spectrum."No future for Bud Light"? What kind of judgment is that? BL wasn't in danger of disappearing. Just sit back and count the money. That shows really poor business judgment for a high priced exec

So, pissing off a huge chunk of your clientele while standing with little to nothing to gain SEEMS like a poor strategy.
