Volinbham Talks Marketing and Bud Light

My god dude you’re trying way too hard to say they’re as sensitive as you when all they did was stop buying a product to show they’re sick of the lunacy trying to be forced down their throats. People talked with their money. They aren’t crying about it daily and still buying it like you do with Twitter. They simply moved onto something else.
This is the most hilarious part at watching this guy flail around. He bitches and moans and cries about Twitter and movies he doesn't like (that are completely inoffensive to anyone except pedophiles) every single day and has the audacity to call other people sensitive when all they do is stop buying something.

The man has holes in his brain. I'm guessing drug abuse.

What difference does it really make? By her decision to try to expand into another demographic, she alienated her core customer base. Even a dumb jock like Micheal Jordan could understand this when he said that even Republicans buy shoes.

Sending a custom-made can of beer to a trans person is not political, as so many of you seem to think. The mere acknowledgment of trans people is not political. Only deranged people think that. Jordan acknowledged Republicans with that quote. That only alienated the most sensitive of Democrats.

Remember when Fallon tossled Trump's hair and poons on the left were mad? This is the same thing.

A lot of people disagree with you and they made their opinions clear with their pocketbooks, which is their right

That’s great in theory if it wasn’t publicized with a social media post for March Madness. Followed by the new head of marketing stating the brands focus is to no longer cater to “frat guys”. Not 100% but a high percentage of white fraternity members are conservatives as that was the shot fired at “frat guys”.

Good to know the government isn’t supporting the lunacy then…..except they are.

And the whole “Bud Light really isn’t for you anymore”.

It was all completely innocuous!

It would appear Bud Light did not want those “unevolved, needy, and overly sensitive” core customers to keep buying their product.

Mission accomplished?

I’ve saw the aluminum bottle camo on display yesterday. Even had the “Folds of Honor” symbol. 🤣😂

Liberal poons were mad because Trump existed... not because of the tussled hair.

?

These two ideas are not mutually exclusive. People were definitely upset about Fallon's humanizing of him.

Kinda like how conservative poons are upset about the existence of trans? You're not convincing that this isn't two sides of the same deranged coin.

Help me learn it. Sarcasm is when you mean the opposite of what you say, so you actually meant people weren't mad about Trump existing?

<sigh>

Liberal poons were going to be triggered by anything Trump did or by anyone doing anything that portrayed him in any light but negative.

Now, if you're even trying to relate people, for the most part, silently boycotting Budweiser with the intent of "had enough" to liberals screaming at Trump every second of the day, or seeking counseling because he was President, or throwing fits of rage all over social media, or trying to get people silenced and banned for supporting someone, or trying to get them fired for their political affiliation, it won't work.

As many people (perhaps even you) like to throw around the "if you don't like it, go somewhere else" comments with a giggle in regards to any number of left leaning actions over the last five years, well, you got it. People just stopped buying the product. Didn't rant or rave, didn't try to get people banned or blacklisted, just stopped buying the product. No rallies, no protests outside of distribution centers, no a-holes in the drive thru ordering a cup of water and being total c*nts to workers just earning a wage...

Just stopped buying the product and went elsewhere.

Yay Capitalism!

What it was, in simple aviation terms was a complete loss of situational awareness, resulting in stall, spin, crash, burn.
In simple agricultural terms, it was scattering odd seed around the farm, which was noticed by Mother Nature when it sprouted, and promptly caught a hail storm that hasn't quite ended.

What I don't get is the cost/benefit here. There would be such a miniscule gain, even from a "successful" marketing campaign involving a trans person. There just aren't that many of them and they're probably not buying a cheap beer associated with middle America. Was the thinking that pro-trans rights people who are not themselves trans would be motivated to buy Bud light because they're "inclusive"? I get you don't want to appear bigoted, but I'm not sure appearing forcefully non-bigoted gets you much.
Who are you and what have you done with EL?

This is rational.
