They are not sure if its simply to provide logistical support to the incoming Russian forces or to prepare for war. I saw some posts saying if the call-up reaches 5,000 they could be forming a strike group or 10,000 or more, multiple strike groups.

I call BS.

This is what the whole thing is all about. Pure and simple. Ukraine as it exists separates Russia from Crimea.

It is reported that the occupation authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea are suggesting that drivers use a land route with an escort from the State Traffic Inspectorate. This route runs through recently annexed Ukrainian territories.

Absolutely. Just as the Russians still have the same dumb mindset that the same battlefield tactics from 100 years ago are perfectly fine, we have the mindset that once the enemy is killed we can just spend billions building schools and forming a new government and then everyone will all be friends again. It's not the 1940s anymore.

The freely elected leadership is recognized by the military, which is taking the stance of "we have our own free will and descend". Lukashenka is a puppet regime which, of course, has power installed around it, but cannot succeed. That's why, "kneel general zod" as I refer to him, has to merge with russia. Everything is a merge of what he can scrape together with russia. He can still launch missiles. Trains/roads might not last long tho. Tanks/men, are a scrape together with russia.
