I’m just repeating what is public knowledge. Is the author of articles that quote that make them racist? No just repeating facts. You people need to get a damn life because your feelz gets hurt over anything.

Unfortunately, America has the most lawyers per capita. It also has over 20,000 laws on the books. I suspect the number of lawyers in government is higher in America, too.

It's a bad combo.

Should America institute punishments which bypass incarceration like others countries do?

IF this dude was murdered its my opinion that its time to dismantle FIFA as they are the ones ultimately responsible by allowing Qatar to bribe them into selecting them to host the WC this year. And prosecute all of the selecting officials for good measure who were involved in the Russia/Qatar selection process or at the least Sepp Blatter.

I actually wouldn’t be opposed to that..and I didn’t like the bill that said you can’t make people work in jail lol

Just because I'm calling you out for being too meek to say what you really mean doesn't equate, in any universe, that anything someone like you says could hurt the feelings of someone like me.

Just say it. You think our crime and incarceration statistics are bad because of black people.
