I am a Vol fan, have always been, I witnessed the great Ernie and Bernie show, and learned to love the term "the big Orange' while Ray Mears was walking the court and handing it to Ky.

I did not leave this ship when Devoe bored us to death holding the ball (before the shot clock) nor when Wade Houston took us through the dessert, So my answer would be if I can cheer for them during that, I will still be doing the same NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS WITH PEARL OR HAMILTON...

Maybe to a final four. Sweet Sixteen is almost expected now at TN. Anything less is a disappointment.

I can speak only for myself in that I want the absolute best for the program, whether Bruce Pearl is here or not. I'll readily admit that I'll never care for Bruce, but as long as he's here I want the best.

I just don't see how he will be here next year.

Don't care who is on the sidelines as long as he's putting a good product on the floor and the team is competing for conference championships.

For those of you in school, trust me, it sucks only going to games to see the future stars on the other teams like I did. We've recently been spoiled with minor success, but it was not long ago that this program flat out sucked.

If Bruce is fired, which seems to be the consensus, then in all likelyhood Hamilton will be shown the door too. There might be a long wait before a new coach can be hired.

I really think comparing Pearl to Bin Laden is a bit extreme, but I do believe in "winning isn't everything it's the only thing" approach. If I was into moral victories and such I would be a Vandy fan!

Pearl is no different than any other high level coach, he just got caught. College BB is the dirtiest sport in the country when it comes to recruiting and if you are going to win you have to swim with the sharks. Pearl got a little nip on the butt and learned a lesson.

It's simply the Pearl lovers way of trying desperately to defend his actions. I know of no other coach that is in Pearl's situation now. If you try to defend his cheating, then you will have to admit that he is incredibility stupid for getting caught and placed in his current status.

I will agree with that, it ticks me off that he lied about secondary violations. Minus his lie all of this is just minor stuff. That being said, I will not condem him for the other violations mentioned in the letter, they all do it.

I will condem him for not being able to run a half court offense and the players consitantly taking bad shots.
