They haven’t, but I’m not in the world of academia......I just think this “I identify as” stuff is lunacy. It doesn’t trigger me or piss me off.... I just think it’s stupid and enables more stupidity. I do like the sound of King Carl though

Here's a mental exercise for you. Imagine one thousand 59 year old white southern males are asked "what are your feelings about the multiple gender issue?" What do you think the breakdown of responses would be? (remember, just a mental exercise)
Now come up with a few other demographic breakdowns and imagine what their responses would be. Now compare the imagined responses. I'm becoming more and more convinced that thinking is the commodity in shortest supply.

It wasn’t that you care what they use , I am the same way . I truly could not care less if I tried what someone calls themselves. It’s the fact that you base it off of YOUR interpretation of why you think some are silly . The self flogging and shaming comes in when you can’t just say “I think some are silly” . You feel the need to emphasize the reason is because you are an old white southern guy . You are correct I am better than that , as an adult male I can look at , see , or hear something children / I’ll be nice here and say self confident challenged people identify as and just say it’s silly . Two things help me be able to do this , 1) -I don’t care if it hurts their feelings if I say it’s silly , 2)-I’m not ashamed of being an adult , white, male or southern so I don’t have the need to apologize for any of it or make excuses . 🤷‍♂️

Problems is that the cancer is working itself un to the private sector. So it will eventually effect us normal people.

Other than miniscule amount of people who are born with genuine genital deformities (people who I truly have sympathy for), I really don't understand how anyone can argue that more than two genders exist. Soon people will start identifying as the age that they feel like instead of the chronological one

That's not surprising. And I agree that it is. But to be fair I don't think pedophilia can be completely laid at the feet of the left. I think many of their policies enable it. But I've seen a fair amount of people that would be deemed conservative catch some pretty nasty allegations. I think pedophilia Is unfortunately an issue that is more pervasive in every part of our society than we may know

Then those on the right in power do something or offer real suggestions.

I will say that the do nothing and allow this to pass approach isn't working and isn't going to. The local politicians MUST come out and say enough. Let protestors know they are being heard but pretests after dark will no longer be allowed and anyone committing vandalism or acts of violence will be hunted down and start making examples.

Then real solutions can be discussed.

What's scary is that in Canada you can be fined or punished by the government for not using someones preferred pronoun. If that's not a form of facism I don't know what is

I think you, and probably many others, are missing the point. It's in no way self flogging. I'm not flogging myself, I'm flogging the old white southern guys who allow themselves to become all twisted out of shape over it.
Hell, I'm proud of being a southern white guy. My greatest joy comes in proving that all old southern white guys don't fit the all to well deserved stereotype.
Understanding and considering perspective is not a bad thing; in fact, I wish more would give it a try.

Luther what is your position on the gender question. One do you believe that the government should recognize more than two genders. And two pending if your answer is yes, do you believe that schools, and other public institutions should be legally obligated to recognize other genders.

I don't know what the government "recognizing more than two genders" means and what it would change. What if the government recognizes 2 genders, 8 genders, or 234 genders? I just don't understand the implication. What's the point of the government recognizing gender anyway?
Same with schools and other public places. What's the significance? Which PE class they take and which locker room they change in?
