Why does that matter? Just because X amount of other coaches are making too much money based on their results doesn't mean that Bruce isn't.

Considering that it will likely take his learning how to coach the halfcourt game, thereby covering two of my main problems with CBP, then yes, I will probably be satisfied.

yes, from this point forward I would like better results. what he has done so far is more than adequate. if he matches that over the next four years and doesn't improve any, then yes, UT should look at making a change

They say you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. In the instance of the two above issues, the leader is wandering aimlessly in the desert with the horse wondering WTF is going on.

I think he likes his rock star status to some degree. He is the man. CLK gas taken that title, but CBP still has the adoration of the vast majority of our fans. He has earned it, so I'm ok with that.

because you guys have already hung him. why?? I don't know, considering where this program was 5 years ago. he has built it up now to where higher expectations should be expected. this season hasn't even played out, and you're already done with it. let it play out and see what happens! and if you already know what's gonna happen, can you give me some lotto numbers????

Thinking it won't happen isn't hanging him. I have stated time and time again that I hope he proves me wrong. I just don't think he will.

I like the term. The next time somebody posts "The Flex Sucks!" rather than remind them that I don't know how anybody could tell because we never run the damned thing, I will simply post a clarification that they are referring to the "Wounded Duck" version." It will make life simpler.

As a poster said below, I hope he proves me wrong.

But I seriously doubt he has a snowball's chance to do that.
