I have no ties to nether Tennessee nor Boise St. other than I live in Tennessee and I have Family in Boise. I just like them both. I just think that right now Boise State is the Better football team. and being a fan. I'm all for Boise trying to win the NC.

Yeah.. it has nothing to do with VT starting out 0-2 with a loss to James freaking Madison and Oregon State starting out 1-2.

They got two teams to play them this year. They are still going to have a cupcake for themselves and conference play and it's still going to be short of playing in a NC.

dude...tell that to Texas and Michigan...BOTH backed out on games this year...so what was Boise to do? VT, Oregon ST, Texas, Michigan......THAT is a OOC games...to bad 2 of them were pu$$y$.

Check the facts. Oregon now has a 6 game winning streak and beat the lower ranking Stanford at home.
Not much when you consider BSU's accomplishments: 2 Fiesta bowl wins, both times going undefeated. They have won 19 straight and have only lost 1 game in the past three years. BSU has also won more ball games than any college football team in the last ten years. BSU also beat Oregon, twice in the last two years!

So be realistic, in this system without a playoff, there is no way in Hell that Oregon has earned the right to be ranked above BSU.

The idea behind competing is that all participants actually have a chance to win. Oregon had the opportunity twice to try prove it was a better team than BSU and failed and failed both times.

People try to write off BSU and complain, easy schedule, gimmick turf, or they only get up for big games. This has actually been true for BSU opponents: Virginia Tech focused so heavily on beating BSU that they failed to prepare for week 2 and lost to a division II team. Oregon State, gimmick was to think they could paint their field blue to play better football against BSU.

To all the complainers: the truth about BSU is that they simply work hard and make the most of every opportunity. There is plenty of proof that this week BSU should be ranked 1 or 2. Teams should have to prove that they are better, and not try to avoid their opportunities to play BSU and then claim that they are better.

You know what grim, i say go Boise. If Boise vs TCU means the end of this horrid system then i will power through it.
