That depends on the circumstance. Each individual case is different. In the case of the Sandy Hook shooter... it certainly was a gun issue. The looney kid's mother should not have had a stockpile of firearms in the house knowing her son was mentally ill. She took no measures to secure them. If she hadn't also been killed... she should be in jail right now.Mass shootings are not a gun issue. If guns were never invented, some other means of killing would be used. Since the government don't really care about its people, they use things like guns and race to divide the populous. If anyone is stupid enough to support our government and what it has become, they have little value to our society
Exactly... a lot of noise will be made, but ultimately nothing ever changes. This time will be no different. And the same idiots who cry over government overreach when it comes to gun control... will say nothing about the state of Georgia banning water bottles from being handed out to people waiting in line to vote (even if those people are on public property at the time).
Guns are never the issue, only the tool. That depends on the circumstance. Each individual case is different. In the case of the Sandy Hook shooter... it certainly was a gun issue. I haven't read the bill, I'd venture to say that's not a major part of it. Only an idiot would be in an uproar over that part of itYou think those handing out water bottles wouldn’t take the opportunity to campaign? There is a good reason why there is no campaigning allowed within x feet of a polling place.
If there are people who are using it as an excuse to campaign, they can be asked to leave the premises by designated "poll watchers". I've seen that happen. That is not what is at issue here. The state of Georgia has banned water bottles from being handed out to people standing in line to vote, even if they are on public property at the time. That is an absurd example of government overreach. You think those handing out water bottles wouldn’t take the opportunity to campaign? The same 'poll watchers' that get blocked from poll watching if they belong to a certain political belief? If there are people who are using it as an excuse to campaign, they can be asked to leave the premises by designated "poll watchers". That didn't happen in either Georgia or Michigan. It just didn't... and the example you will cite on video is bull ****. The bull **** on here is astounding. The same 'poll watchers' that get blocked from poll watching if they belong to a certain political belief?
The ignorance, or naivety, is astounding.
Sorry, there's no limit. But, please tell me how many are trying to get those? In the mean time, I'll continue to enjoy my constitutionally protected arms.Any objections to making tanks, military drones, missiles, etc. available to the masses? They're just as lifeless as guns. They're just tools. If that's your sh*tty line of reasoning there would be nothing that could be withheld from people.
I don't care.First of all it's not 'completely' inaccurate. As a matter of fact, it is essentially correct. You are mincing words. So arguing about it with you is pointless.
My question is why you care if someone stockpiles food water guns and ammo in the event of a calamity. Why. do. you. care? You poo poo someone as being paranoid about whatever... but how does that hurt you or infringe on your rights or liberties?
Still just a tool. Out of curiosity, why aren't you concerned with the many more deaths of children in places like Chicago. Violence in against children in places that have the strictest gun laws which lead to higher crime, thus more child deaths? Do you only get your panties in a wad because your favorite idiot politician or journalists proclaim we should ban guns?In the case I cited at Sandy Hook, it had everything to do with a mentally ill person having easy access to a stockpile of firearms. Had he not also killed his own mother, she should be in jail right now.
